Today was my first experience at Chopt, and it was fantastic! The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and it was clear they use fresh, high-quality vegetables. I ordered the Bachan’s Sesame Salad, which was delicious and full of flavor. The highlight of my visit was my interaction with Carmen — she couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Her great attitude really made all the difference. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
Qiana is amazing! I frequent this location and she always remember my customized order. By the time I walk to the counter, she’s ready for me. All I have to do is tap to pay. This is a peaceful location. Always busy, yet never overcrowded. This is a great place to work or meet while having a wholesome meal.
First time trying chopped and definitely will be back. Staff is very friendly And the environment itself is clean modern and offers enough space for customers not to be on top of each other. Ordering is very simple at the kiosk, and our salad was made within five minutes. Definitely a must try if you’re in the area and worth the travel if you’re not!
Came in with a few little children all very young and the staff could not be nicer or more supportive! They came out from behind the counter and welcomed us in. They told us that they could answer any questions about the menu and guided us through. To moms with several little kids, it was nice to hear from the staff that they had worked with children before and a mess that we made they would clean up. They walked us out our food and made a huge effort to make us feel right at home! They were friendly, approachable, and anticipated our needs before we knew ourselves. 10 out of 10 in terms of food and service!
My favorite quick lunch spot. So easy to order through the app and is ready for pick up in minutes. Haven’t had too many issues - my orders are always up to expectation.
